Made and Designed One at a Time

Rivet Leatherworks bags and accessories are designed, cut, sewn, hammered, punched, and riveted one at a time from start to finish in our Western Pennsylvania workshop using a variety of traditional hand tools and industrial sewing machines.

Materials

Rivet Leatherworks leather comes is a variety of thickness and colors depending on the piece. Our leather is sourced in the US.

Guarantee

Rivet Leatherworks guarantees the workmanship, quality and materials of its handcrafted products. If there is a defect in our manufacturing or materials, we will repair the bag or item at our discretion. Normal wear and tear, abuse, and cosmetic damage which do not affect the functionality of the item are not covered. Shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer. Please email for any questions and instructions regarding a bag repair.

Please keep in mind that handmade products may include slight cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality of your bag. These simply add character and make each bag truly one of a kind.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for new, unused items in original packaging for exchange or store credit. Please contact us at the email address below for instructions on returning an item. Returned items will be carefully inspected before an exchange or credit will be issued. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on returns. Custom-made items are not returnable.
